2012 Rocky Mountain Fall Color tour; starting and ending in Denver, Colorado. We first traveled through Gunnison, Montrose, Ouray, Ridgeway, and Silverton to Durango. In Durango, we took the annual Photographer's Fall Color train to Silverton and back. Then, we spend several days around Ridgeway, along the "Last Dollar Road", to Telluride. Then, we traveled over McClure Pass, through Carbondale to Aspen. In Aspen, we visited the Maroon Bells, were we hit our first area of post peak aspens, although still very beautiful. Lastly, we traveled down Kebler Pass to Crested Butte. Then, down to Lake City where we took the Engineer's Pass. We turned south once more down to Creede before returning to Denver.
